This Refund Policy (the "Policy") governs cancellations, payment disputes, and related matters concerning software products and services provided by Glen World Ltd, a company duly incorporated under the laws of Cyprus at Fellachoglou, 35, Mouttallos 8016, Paphos, Cyprus ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
01 Acknowledgement
By accessing the website or using any software, services, or materials made available by the Company, you agree to be bound by this Policy.
If you do not agree with this Policy, you should not access or use the website or any services provided by the Company.
02 General
Because the Company provides digital products, software licenses, technical services, and custom development work, all payments made to the Company are generally non-refundable unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
The Company may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
03 Separate Agreements
Commercial terms between the Company and its customers may be governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work, order form, proposal, invoice, or other contractual document (the "Separate Agreement").
Any refund rights, cancellation rights, acceptance procedures, service levels, milestones, or payment terms specified in a Separate Agreement shall prevail over this Refund Policy.
04 Software Licenses and Digital Products
Unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise in writing:
- software license fees are non-refundable;
- subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started;
- downloadable digital products are non-refundable after access or delivery;
- partial use or non-use of the software does not create entitlement to a refund.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, technical requirements, and compatibility information before purchasing.
05 Development and Professional Services
Payments relating to professional services, including but not limited to:
- software development;
- implementation services;
- consulting;
- technical support;
- integrations;
- customization;
- maintenance services;
- project-based work.
These payments are non-refundable for work already performed, time allocated, or milestones completed.
If a project is terminated before completion, the Company reserves the right to invoice for all work completed up to the termination date.
06 Subscription Cancellation
Unless otherwise specified in a Separate Agreement:
- subscriptions may be canceled before the next billing cycle;
- cancellation prevents future billing only;
- previously charged subscription fees are non-refundable.
Customers remain responsible for any outstanding fees accrued prior to cancellation.
07 Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact the Company before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider or financial institution.
The Company reserves the right to suspend access to software or services during investigation of disputed payments.
Fraudulent, abusive, or unjustified chargebacks may result in:
- account suspension;
- termination of services;
- recovery proceedings;
- legal action where appropriate.
08 Exceptional Refunds
In limited circumstances, the Company may voluntarily issue a full or partial refund at its sole discretion.
Any such refund shall not create a continuing obligation or establish precedent for future cases.
09 Taxes and Processing Fees
Unless otherwise required by law, taxes, payment processing fees, banking charges, and third-party transaction costs are non-refundable.
10 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
11 Changes
The Company may update or modify this Policy from time to time.
Updated versions become effective upon publication on the website unless stated otherwise.
Continued use of the website or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
